Mommy & Me Aerial yoga

Updated: Feb 12, 2020

Flying High!!!

Whoever created aerial yoga is a goddess!!

The first time I heard about aerial yoga was on a drive-by in the local neighborhood parking lot after picking up some groceries. I saw a sign that read "Love Junkie Yoga & Fitness Studio" and I had to know more!

First class was a success

The first #aerialyoga class I attended was solo. It was very peaceful and relaxing and the teacher was amazing. After taking this class, I really wanted my 6 year old daughter to do it with me. We live in the suburbs of Denver and it is a little difficult to find fitness/dance classes that we can do together so I thought this would be a great opportunity to bond with her again. My daughter really enjoyed this class and now this is something we do on occasion. I believe the drop-in classes are $15.00 ea. It is a little pricey so we only go about once a month but really enjoy it when we do.

Love Junkie also offers @aerialyoga camps for kids. I cant remember the exact amount but if you can afford it, you should definitely try it. The staff and everyone is always so kind!
